Let's be hopeful and expect something new in the days ahead. all our worries and fears should be set aside and should not be a determinant to our happiness in Life. Because we are going to experience something new and we shall be happy.  This is a new month with new opportunities and chances. we therefore must prepare ourselves for the tasks ahead so that we can recognize it when it comes. let's treat everyone we meet this month with respect and sincerity. wishing you all the very best of God's goodness. once again happy new month

You Have Strength within You

Sited alone lost in thoughts, I pondered on some issues which I found quite disheartening. The reality of it all hinted me like a blow and the pain well, not quite physical but surely sapped some of my emotional energy. I wondered at its non-gender sensitivity, nor class differentiation but its encompassing power. I see the pains, insecurities, struggles and total lack of confidence shown by people towards life and its related issues and all I can say is that there is a power within you. Why not tap it and let it manifest just as light brightens darkness. You are the light somebody else needs to survive and without you some people can’t fulfill their destiny. It is when you light your light that you can be able to light the path of others and help them fulfill their desires.

I am a lover of nature and its beauty; I see some truths about life. The eagle is a strong bird with strong beaks like hook and it dares to soar above where no ordinary bird ever imagined. Thanks to the word, be fruitful and multiply. This exemplary eagle lay eggs and based on its maternal instincts took to watch over them. The eagle hovers above its eggs with a keen looking eye. It saw a snack crawling towards the eggs, trying to make lemonade out of the free lemon provided.

The question is will the eagles believe in its own strengthen and secure the safely of the eggs rather than its own life? To some, this seems to be an easy question with a very simple answer but I dare say it’s easier said than done. There comes a time in a man’s life, where he reaches crossroads and as most people do, the fear of do I have the strength to do the right thing comes into mind, some even say I can’t do this, I’m good at nothing and I have nothing, this is not a curse but pure reality, such people will never be something.

Have you forgotten the fact of the holy book which says “And the word became flesh” for words are spirit. It is interesting to note that even the power of attraction applies to this also. Negative words spoken consciously or unconsciously attracts negative spirit just as positive utterances are power boosters.

 Let’s go to the specific the mother eagle just as you known and if you don’t the strength of the powerful ones lies within and not necessarily outside because the internal controls and constructs the external. These eagles having considered the fact that it has no one to turn up to up there, tapped into its inner strengthen, hence its power surge. The illusion of the power of the eagle is made manifest in the power play and struggle between the snake and the eagle.

The snake in its conducts undermines the joy and interest of the eagle by systematically destroying the eagles reproductive capability through constant devour of its egg. The eagle will not allow that to continually happen, hence, it’s surveillance of its egg and other related reproductive line system. The eagle believes in the power of the beaks and in the power of its claws, with this two, the eagle overpowers and keeps at bay the rampaging snake. The moment the eagle sights the snake, the eagle beaks the snake to death from the head.

Furthermore, to kill every chances of the snake’s survival, the eagle out of rage takes the snake to high altitude, locating hard surfaced mountain from the top before dropping the snake to crash on the hard surface. From this the snake learns lesson and wary of moving round the eagles eggs. Thus, eliminating the threat to the eggs survival for what remains of a snake without a head is a body considered to be nothing but rope.

The impact of this message is to bring the fore that the inner mind has great strength that constructs and controls the external world which manifests in the physical form. Therefore, if your mind can receive it and your heart believes it you can achieve it. You are a unique being. Do not allow anyone to over look you or under rate you. You have an inner power which will remain dormant or unused until you decide to do things people have said you cannot do. Take time out to be alone and discover things about your life. Your area of weakness and strength has major role to play on your way to success in Life. The only thing you cannot do in life is only that things you have not tried. Be happy to face new challenges because the success or failure of it will certainly make you stronger.

Things will soon change

We must continue in the race of life and must not loose Focus, no matter how long. Truly nothing in Life is certain but with the help of him who sits above the world. we are going to achieve that success and we are going to be happy. lets just continue in the journey and full of courage since we nothing in Life is permanent or static. our levels will soon change and things will surely get better for us. wishing you all the very best.

The development of any society is dependent on the general level of education attained by its population most especially the youths. It therefore means that the educational system must be flexible, functional and optional enough to have something to offer to all members of the society including the youths, adults, privileged and the less privileged. The desire to meet the educational needs in particular those members of the under privileged is now a major challenge to the educators over the past years in that as they endeavor to meet up with the ever increasing need or demand for education.

            Education brings about a change in the manner of conduct of an individual which makes him to present himself as a responsible, sagacious and dependable member of his society. Education is regarded as an activity which gees on in the society with its aims depending on the nature of the society in which it takes place. It is a process through which an individual is trained to become useful to himself and the society at large with the acquisition of the cultural values and norms of the society. It occurs at all stages of life and can occur anywhere, but for the purpose of this study, the focus shall be on the type of education acquired in the school academic environment otherwise known as formal education. A school is a place like home where learning activities takes place and it comprises of individual from different cultural background which live and interact together as a cohesive community with a major common objectives and purpose for learning. It is a place where a learner acquires specialized knowledge and skills needed for their survival and to promote their innate capabilities for learning.

            The school prepares an individual for future adult roles, the purpose of the school is mainly to serve as a channel for acquiring knowledge and skills and to enhance the full all round development of an individual. It is therefore necessary for instructors and school administrators to ensure that the school academic environment does not deviate from its main purpose in the sense that instructors control and maintain the type of activities that occur in the school environment in terms of extracurricular activities.

The schools exist because of the students. The quality of the student’s performance depends on the quality of the school in terms of availability of required and adequate infrastructural facilities in such a school. Schools with well equipped facilities and well experienced personnel tend to produce brilliant students who show the ways for others students and lead them in various stages in Life. It could therefore be said that the performance of the students depends on the school facilities, which in returns determine their future lives. Parents and guardians should be encouraged to send their wards to schools with well-equipped facilities because it will result in better future for their children.

This fact has been proven to be true as the performance of some students from well equipped facilities schools differs from other students who are in school with less equipped facilities. Availability of required learning facilities in schools enhances student’s academic performance. When learning materials are provided, learning activities proceed at a very fast speed. In a situation where the learning environment is not conducive, academic activities proceed at a very low speed which then result in poor academic performance of students in promotional and certificate examine. And such is the case of four students of Ifako International School, Ifako, Ifako-Ijaye, Lagos State Nigeria.

Two of the students performed excellently in the competition as Olatide Wright and Torsho Dennis of the senor secondary school came second and fifth respectively in the Gessomate art competition. Adefoluso Orimalade and Soremekun Ibrahim of the junior secondary school came third and forth respectively. This level of performance does revealed the states of Ifako international school as a school with well experienced teachers and adequate faculties suitable for teaching and learning purposes and ideal school for parents who wants the best education for their children. The students are the image of the school and the school cannot exist without the students, the students produced by each school give or show the real image of the school in the society. The school should help provide the required materials and regulates the activities of all extracurricular activities within the school environment so that effective learning activities can occur.

Academic excellence is the desired of every school owner. The quality of teaching and learning that takes place in any educational establishment determines the level of academic excellence. In other for effective teaching and learning process to occur within the school academic environment. There must be provision of required learning aids such as conducive school physical environment, well painted classroom, adequate chairs, moderate distance from an industrial area to prevent unwanted noise and well experienced teachers. Things don’t just happen; they are made to happen. All concerned bodies of education should ensure that all the aforementioned criteria are seriously considered so that the desired educational goals and objectives can be achieved and thus ensuring better future for our children.
